Concept Collections collaborated with Huntha Management and Port Adelaide Plaza to upgrade five lounge zones within the main mall, creating welcoming spaces for customers and the general public to relax, wait, and connect. The brief was clear: replace the existing furniture with modern, durable, commercial-grade pieces that enhance comfort, reliability, and visual appeal while seamlessly complementing the centre’s interior design.
To achieve this, we replaced the existing furnishings with a curated selection of commercial-grade pieces, including custom-made Wembley Lounge Chairs, custom upholstered Chelsea and Monte Lounge Chairs in fabrics tailored to the centre’s needs. A key feature of the upgrade is the Konfurb Arco Series—an agile, modular seating system renowned for its design flexibility and durability. This modular approach enables easy reconfiguration to suit various purposes as needed.
The result is a cohesive, inviting, and future-ready collection of lounge areas that enhance visitor comfort and complement the centre’s modern character.
