Situated in the West End - Brisbane Pilloni Restaurant was a finalist in the Australian Interior Design Awards 2023
The fitout features Sienna chairs and bar stools in walnut, complemented by walnut timber table tops and custom banquet seating, creating a warm and inviting dining experience that balances modern craftsmanship with timeless tradition.
Inspired by the traditional farmhouses of Sardinia, Pilloni brings to life the art of wood-fired cooking and a deep appreciation for Mediterranean wine. The interior reflects this authenticity with a considered materials palette of marble, cork, cathedral glass and oak flooring that reinforces the farm-to-table philosophy in one of Inner Brisbane’s most culturally diverse suburbs.
